These last two years I’ve chosen to celebrate my birthday through private group yoga with Bree. For each gathering Bree made it a priority to achieve what I desired out of the experience. She was so tuned into offering a practice that would connect meaningful intentions to a whole body experience—through music, guided meditation and styles of movement that reflected our themes so seamlessly. She has made these collective experiences truly memorable—dancing included—welcoming laughter and lightness throughout our practice. Though these gatherings have been a unique way to celebrate my birthday, my friends and family have gotten to share in an experience that’s left us all with the gift of groundedness, inspiration and joy. Bree has a rare gift of connectivity, and I’m so grateful to have such a rare experience available to me anytime I want to celebrate special milestones this way!
